Terms and Conditions

Changing the class time and refunds:

Classes/courses start and finish at the agreed time. If for some reason you cannot make an agreed time, then please contact me at least 48 hours beforehand and we will reschedule the class.

If you do not attend a class or give 48 hours’ notice that you wish to reschedule it, then the fee for the class is still payable. This is because I have to rearrange times in the day with other students and less than 48 hours is not long enough to do this.

Cancellations and refunds:

If you need to cancel a course or a lesson, then please let me know well in advance. 

If you need to cancel a course or a class that you have already paid for then, unfortunately, there are no refunds. 

Payments:

All payments should be made before courses/classes start. In cash or via online banking.

Payments can also be made using WeChat or Alipay.

Punctuality:

Please be on time for lessons or it disrupts the timetable for the rest of the day. If we start late and there is another class after yours it may be necessary to finish your class earlier in order to start the next one on time. Please tell me as soon as possible if you think you will be late.

Ebooks:

Ebooks are available for learners to use for self-study purposes. We scan them for viruses and malware. However, it is never possible to completely eliminate this danger and you should use suitable virus and malware software on your device. We cannot be held responsible for any harm caused by viruses and malware.
